Meet Menaka

Menaka is a 10 month old female German Shepherd mix that came to us as a stray. She was with a littermate (Mohini) who also came in and they are very bonded. Menaka tends to rely on her sister and has less confidence, but she is doing well with her leash walking and can now walk to the outdoor kennels without dropping to her belly! This would be a great pair if someone is looking to add two members to their family but that will not be a requirement for adoption. Another dog in the family will help Menaka continue to come out of her shell. A fence will be required. Menaka currently weighs 48 lbs. and will probably get to 55 or 60 lbs.
