I’m Meme and I am the cutest, sweetest doggy in the world! I am a ~1 year young terrier mix & about 48 pounds. I have cute white socks on my feet. I am now up to date on my shots and spayed.

I came into this wonderful rescue from a rural kill shelter after I was found a stray and no one came looking for me. I have to tell you: I love every person and dog I meet. I am energetic and have so much personality. I wait passionately for my walks and play time! When it’s time to settle down, all I want to do is snuggle with you. I play hard and I cuddle harder! I do well in my kennel when you have to leave; I know the command “get in your kennel.”

I am house & crate trained and I get along really well with the dogs and kids in my foster house. My ideal home would have another energetic pup I can play with.

Speaking of perfect, I am also cat friendly! I sleep well in my kennel but I really love to sleep closer to you or at the foot of your bed. I really love to swim and go on car rides! I’m happy to go anywhere with you, as long as it’s with you! I’m a happy go lucky type of gal. I love my chew toys, bones, kongs, bring it all to me!

I give out kisses here and there but I’m not overly “licky”. I show you that I love you by nuzzling your neck. I am very food motivated and know how to sit like a pro. I know how to fetch and LOVE going on walks and exercising with you. I have the cutest crooked ears and I know you will fall in love with me when you meet me. Will you give me a forever home to grow up in and be your most loyal, bestest friend??

An inquiry, questions or introduction through Petfinder is NOT an application. All known details about our animals are posted on their profile and updated daily. Other info would be discussed in detail with the foster during the application review process. Due to the number of introductions/questions received (hundreds daily) we ask you submit an application on our website (that application can be used for any dog with Take Paws Rescue).

The adoption fee for puppies covers initial deworming, puppy vaccinations, microchip, and spay/neuter at the rescue's approved vet at 6 months of age. Please see our website for more information.

2022 Adoption Fee Scale for non-benefactor animals:
Puppies under 12 months - $350
Dogs over 12 months - $250
