Hi, I'm Melon!
I am a shy but sweet little lady, looking for my new forever family! I can be a bit nervous when meeting new people but if you talk softly to me, and give me some yummy snackies, I'll come out of my shell pretty quickly!
I'm still pretty new to the shelter, so my shelter family is still learning about me, but they know that I love getting attention once I'm comfortable with my people. I just want to be in your lap, giving you lots of kisses and hugs in return for belly rubs! I have not yet met any kiddos, but because I can be timid and nervous with new many new things, my shelter family says i'd do best in a home with kiddos who are able to understand body language and respect boundaries. I have not met any other pups either, but as always, a meet and greet is required if you have other pups or kiddos in the home to be sure we can get along just fine!
