Melly American Staffordshire Terrier & Siberian Husky Mix Michigan City, IN

Meet Melly! She's about two years old and is spayed. She has the world's cutest head-tilt when she hears squeaky toys! And her ears are amazing! And she has the softest fur ever! We just love Melly girl!

She is a submissive and shy girl when she is getting to know new people and when she is adjusting to new situations. Once Melly has acclimated, she loves the love and prefers to ask for belly rubs whenever she can! A nice slow introduction at Melly's pace is a great way to win her over! We may ask you to visit her a couple of times just to make sure everyone is comfortable. That just means you get to hang with Melly more and that is always a good thing!

Melly has done very well in her previous home with being house-trained and crate-trained, as well! She loves going for walks, snuggling, and running. And don't forget she absolutely loves belly rubs! She would love to have a fenced-in yard so she can run and play!

It would be best for Melly to be in a home where she is the only furbaby. As far as kiddos go, we think older children may suit her best. It does take Melly time to get to know people and tiny kiddos may move a bit fast for her.

Melly has shown to be gentle, calm, and totally love-able. We have loved getting to know her and seeing her improve daily!
