Hi there, my name is McCartney! I am a very handsome 1-year old yellow lab that weighs 130 pounds. Yes, I'm a very big boy bander and that is weight it not a typo! This is the right weight for me. I am still very much a puppy even though I am very big so please keep that in mind. I need lots of mental stimulation to keep me out of trouble. You know how we young boys can be when we get bored.

I am a very sweet and loving guy my foster mom says. I'm a gentle giant that doesn't have a mean bone in his body. In fact, I can be a little timid around other dogs until I get to know them. I really need a dog in my new home so that I can have someone to play with and run around with. I will just need to meet them first. I love to chew on bones, so I hope I get to have some at my new home. It’s a must that I go to a home with a fenced-in yard, so that I can safely play outside. I have been around teenagers and I do great with them but shouldn't have any kids younger than 8 in the house. I have a cat in my foster home and I don't like him very much. A home without a cat would be a better fit for me. My foster mom says that I am very intelligent but that I will need obedience training and some leash training (due to my strength) so we can go on family walks to burn off my puppy energy.

I’m totally housebroken and am already crate-trained so you won't have to worry about that. You can see that I like to take a nap in my crate with the door open. If you are looking for a handsome and sweet boy to join your band...give me that audition!
