McNally's Story

Available: Now
Born: June 12/2025
Size: Large (60-75lbs)
Energy: Moderate
Gender: Female
Breed: Shepherd/Heeler X
Notes: Calm and Snuggly

Adoption fee: $400 (view what’s included at www.manitobaunderdogs.org/adopt/how-to-adopt )

Meet McNally and Robinson, two adorable sibling pups named after the beloved local bookstore, and just like a great story, they’re full of charm, character, and heart. Both are fully kennel trained and working on their house training and beginning leash manners. With their young age and friendly temperaments, they’re expected to do wonderfully with other dogs, kids, and even cats. These sisters are sweet, social, and ready to become the next great chapter in someone’s life.

McNally is the definition of a cozy companion, the kind of pup who pairs perfectly with a warm blanket and a good book. She loves curling up on the couch with a toy or settling into your lap for a snooze, earning her the title of “part house cat.” She’s happiest watching the world from a warm window spot, gently chewing a squeaky toy, or soaking up quiet cuddles. Between naps, she enjoys a fun game of fetch (though she’s still mastering returning the ball!) McNally is endlessly sweet, always happy, and would love nothing more than to be your little reading buddy.

If you’re looking for a snuggly couch buddy, a playful adventure pup, or maybe one of each, McNally and Robinson are ready to meet you and start their next story!

PLEASE NOTE: To meet our adoptable dogs, please fill out an adoption application. We don't have a public shelter, so this is the first step to meeting your new furry friend!
