Meet Max

Max's foster describes him as "the easiest dog ever" He's a senior boy that wants nothing more than a soft place to lay his head. Max welcomes any attention given to him but can also just be independent and keep himself busy while you're busy. He's not overly clingy but loves affection and head scratches and rubs. This angel is on medication twice daily for a heart murmur but is otherwise very healthy! He was abandoned and tied to a pole outside of our main vets office in Laguna Hills. They gave him lots of medical care while he was there but he was very depressed living in their metal cages in the back. Now that he's in foster care, he's completely blossomed and is happy to be cared for again! Max's heart murmer medication can be sent to your home with the Chewy app, and our vet will approve refills of the medication for the duration of his life. Hes located in Los Angeles.
