Max is a totally handsome boy who has hit a few rough patches in his young life. Max had a home… but his owner’s work situation changed and he had to start traveling. Max was surrendered to a rescue in the Wilmington area. Along comes Hurricane Florence! The rescue sustained damage to their facility and needed help getting their dogs a safe place… so this regal looking boy came all the way to Clayton to Red Barn! He is hoping to find himself in a new home soon so his life can get back on track.

Max is a playful, goofy boy who is about 1 ½ years old and weighs about 50lbs. He gets along with most other dogs after a slow, extended introduction. He walks great on a leash and is eager to please his people! Max is waiting to start the next chapter of his life... please apply to meet him today!

Max is neutered, microchipped, vaccinated and up to date on heartworm and flea/tick preventative. Our $250 adoption fee covers these expenses.
