Mawk American Staffordshire Terrier Mix Oklahoma City, OK

Hi!! My name is Mawk Walberg, but I go by Markie Mark. I may look like a Boston Terrier, but everyone was curious if that was true so my foster mom got me a DNA test and I am not one. Sorry for the disappointment. I'm 10 months old and weigh 40 pounds. I am neutered, up to date on vaccinations and flea/tick/heartworm prevention, and microchipped!

I became a Misfit when I was little because of my heart. I went to two pretty cool vets and have gotten the all clear that I only have an arrhythmia. This is a small one they say but it makes me one of the laziest puppies you will ever meet, at least that's what my foster mom says.

I get along with all other dogs, I absolutely love kids! I cannot get enough of being around them. I do jump a little out of excitement for seeing them so foster mom suggests ages 4 and up. I play with all of foster siblings, dogs and kids, then I take a long nap. Foster momma does not have any cats so she is unsure how I will do around them, but she says she doesn’t think I will mind them at all.

I am house and crate trained! I do occasionally have accidents in my kennel or in the house if I drink too much water at one time. Foster momma says it's okay but I felt I needed to make sure you knew all about me.

Foster mom wants me to tell you that I am a little bit spoiled and that is simply because she loves me so much! Foster mom always spoils me with a pup cup after the vet! I love going on walks and car rides. I will tire out a little more than a normally puppy because of my heart but I just need a little break before I continue ahead. I am a great little guy and I hope to find my amazing forever home! I hope to meet you soon!
