Mawk Walberg American Staffordshire Terrier Mix Oklahoma City, OK

Meet Mawk Walberg! He is around a year old and weighs 40 pounds. He is neutered, up to date on vaccinations and preventatives, and microchipped. He even has his DNA results!

Mawk gets along with other dogs, big and small. He is a laid back guy around other dogs and isn't all up in their face. He's pretty respectable and gives dogs space if they need it but he does enjoy playing with other dogs. He absolutely loves kids! He just can't get enough of being around children. He may jump a little out of excitement so a home with kids ages 4+ would be the best fit. He doesn’t currently live with cats but we think he woudn't mind them at all.

He is house and kennel trained. He may have an accident if he drinks too much water at once and is just something to watch for. He likes to go on walks and enjoys car rides, especially if a stop with a pup cup is involved! He does great out in public meeting new people.

Mawk is a very chill and laid back guy. Part of this is due to him having a heart arrhythmia. It's a small one and doesn't require any medication at this time but it does mean that he tires out more quickly and may need a break or two on a walk. He knows not to overdo it and likes to sit back to chill or lounge around with his people. Most people would probably call him lazy. We prefer to say he just has a chill vibe.

Mawk is a wonderful boy and would make a great fit for a dog-loving family that is looking for fun times, snuggles, and a great companion without all the puppy energy!
