Mattie Cairn Terrier Mix Oklahoma City, OK

Hi! I'm Mattie!

Mattie is an approximately 10-week old female Cairn Terrier mix who currently weighs 7 lbs. and will probably weigh around 15-25 lbs. as an adult (best guess). She was rescued from a local animal shelter. She wanted to tell you about herself!

My foster Mom says that I am a rambunctious, playful, and energetic puppy! I keep my foster Mom entertained with my shenanigans! I need another very playful dog in my new home and lots of play and snuggle time with my humans! Although I enjoy my snuggles with my humans, I am not some low-key lap dog! I love to run outside so I need a very secure stockade fenced yard.

I am in a foster home with other playful pups, but I am the “queen” and I don’t let them forget it! I love to wrestle with my foster siblings and would probably irritate an older dog in the home. I can also be independent sometimes, preferring to lay by myself and play with toys by myself.

I am crate-trained but (don’t tell) but I sleep with my foster mom at night and would love that option in my new home! I am not house or leash trained, so I will need a patient home who only teaches me with positive reinforcement only!

Mattie is spayed, current on age-appropriate vaccines, and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $200.
