Introducing Matilda! She is around 4 years old, and a great girl. She loves to play with her squeaky toys, and she knows a lot of commands! Matilda has been working with her foster mom, and now she is now walking very well on a leash with very little pulling. She is a Rottweiler mix, so we are recommending a home with a strong leader so that she can thrive.
Matilda absolutely adores humans, and loves every single one she meets! Due to her size and energy, we are recommending her future family has children old enough to be aware of where she is. Like any bouncing happy girl, sometimes her zoomies can be crazy!! She currently sleeps at night in her foster mom’s bed. Matilda is house trained and crate trained, and has been a wonderful houseguest in her foster home. She gets along very well with male dogs, and would do fine with a doggie friend in her new home. Matilda also does okay with female dogs when she has slow introductions, but she really seems to thrive with male dogs instead. She does not really care for livestock or cats.
Matilda has so many amazing quailites, and she has so much love to give. She can’t wait to find the right family to give it to her! She loves to chase a ball, and she’d love to find a family who will play with her. She is fostered in Portland, OR. Interested in adopting Matilda?
