Meet Marmie
Marmie is about 1 year old, 45-50 lbs, UTD on shots, spayed and finished heartworm treatment.
Marmie can be a little shy at first, understandable given that people weren’t nice to her. But when she knows you - she’s all smiles and play and LOVES attention. She will be a faithfully devoted companion for someone and be a Velcro dog - meaning she will stick by your side. Because of this, she may be best as an only dog. She does get along with other dogs, but she can get a little jealous of attention. So she will need a successful meet and greet with another dog of her size (no small dogs) before going to a home with another dog. Cats are unknown.
Marmie is playful and energetic so she will need an active household. She needs help with typical young dog behaviors- jumping up, etc. She walks on a leash. She is kennel trained.
We go through interview, application, vet check and home visit. Fenced in yard is required. We are all about the best fit.
