Meet Mario
Mario may look like a beagle but he behaves more like his mini-doxie self. Can be snarky and protective. NO CHILDREN! Experienced small dog owners only.
Fully house trained. He doesn't chew and isn't destructive.
Mario is a very pleasant little guy with a funny personality. He really likes his dog walks. He is good on the leash except for when he sees other dogs, which can get him excited.
Mario is a good watchdog tending over his foster family's house. He sleeps in the bed under the covers (see his photos; he does that with the dog beds too!).
Mario wants to be with his people. He follows his foster parents everywhere around the house and enjoys it when he has the opportunity to share a spot on the couch with them. He is fine being left in the house with other dogs on the occasions where his people aren't home.
**Dogs listed here have entered our program and have received a basic level of vet care including: vaccines (DHLPP & Rabies); bloodwork (heartworm test); deworm and deflea; spay or neuter; vet exam. Each pet comes with one free vet follow up consultation at Red Bank Vet Hospital. Fees requested at time of adoption help with a small part of the care provided, and are non-refundable.
