Meet Marilyn
6 year old Marilyn ended up at animal control when her owner lost his home. She is a friendly, sweet girl that loves kids. Marilyn has lived previously with a male GSD however she has shown to be reactive to new dogs in her foster home. She is currently working with one of our trainers on basic commands and has amazing potential! She is an affectionate girl that will cuddle and give kisses. Marilyn loves her toys and human attention, but doesn’t necessarily want to share with another dog. She would love to be an only dog in her forever home where she can be the sole focus. If she were to be placed with another dog, it would need to be a submissive, non-reactive male and a family committed to managing resources. Marilyn does well in a crate and will put herself in there even when the door is open. She enjoys running with her ball and will require a fenced yard.
