Marigold Black Labrador Retriever Mix Springfield, MO

Flowers are like friends, they bring color to your world! My name is Marigold and I am a very colorful friendly kind of gal! I am an 8 month old, 38 pound of bouncing energetic black Labrador retriever mix. I am already house broken and working on crate and leash training. It won't be long and I will have it down! I am a smart girl and already know a couple of commands like "sit" and "down". I get along with dogs and kids but not sure about cats yet. My ideal home will include a family that has a fenced yard, is ready to shower me with endless love and train me to be a great dog! I would also love a family to be very active so that I have the chance burn energy and be spoiled like all dogs should be!

You might wonder how I got to Rescue One....I was was a stray and ended up at Animal Control for 50 days and on the euthanize list (sad but true). Rescue One saved me and found a foster home for me just in the nick of time! Whew! Now I know that I will bloom where I am planted!

**As a reminder, puppies will need lots of time and attention during the first year. Before adopting me, please make sure that you have enough time, energy and commitment to devote to my training. Puppies need a lot of care, so everyone in your household should be on board and ready to help out**

My adoption fee is $150 and includes my spay/neuter, vaccinations, wellness exam, heartworm test, and microchip!
