Meet squishy, huggable, lovable MARGO!
She is a 1.5 year old gal, weighing in at 45 lbs and walks low to the ground. She has a unique chocolaty coat. She entered the Santa Maria Animal Center in California in May 2018. She is now showing signs of kennel stress and frustration (like spinning, barking, sometimes growling).
MARGO enjoys group walks and social settings with other dogs. She even knows how to ‘check-in’ with her handler. She is selective in her off-leash playgroups, but can be integrated. She just doesn’t like dogs in her personal space. She would likely do best as an only dog in her forever home.
MARGO calms quickly in the presence of children and really enjoys their company.
MARGO has a lot of potential, but the shelter kennels are just not helping her to showcase all that she can be.
