My name is Marge! I am an 8-year-young Staffie girl weighing in at a warm-and-cozy 85 lbs! I have landed in the loving bosom of Rescue One after my person passed away. I may be a senior, but I prefer the term "Glam-ma" thank you very much! I am sweeter than a plate of fresh-baked cookies. Don't let my age fool you... I am just as hip as the whippersnappers!

I'm a silly, smiling girl who is always happy and ready for kisses and belly scritches! I LOVE car rides, wiggling on my back and holding my toys with my toes like a chonky raccoon, and being the squishy foot warmer you never knew you needed while we work on our paws-word puzzles together. I also love to watch the world go by from the window (and of course share all the neighborhood tea when you get home!)

I am full of smarts and matronly wisdom, too! I'm always ready to show off my paw-fect potty-trained, leash-trained, and kennel-trained self; but I'm more polite than a red-hat granny in church - my house manners are so impeccable, I don't even need a kennel! I am happy to just lounge making biscuits with my jellybeans (that's the same as knitting, for us glam-ma's, by the way) on my favorite chair when you're away.

I love all people and kiddos, big and small, all shapes and sizes! I have never met a stranger and am always ready to welcome any hoo-man, and smooch the schmutz right off their cheeks! I prefer to "bake" your world a better place as your one-and-only girl. I have had dog friends in the past, but... I only have "pies" for YOU! My ideal fur-ever future will be a house-setting with a fenced-in yard where I can sunbathe and supervise your gardening. My home manners are so serene, I *could* do well in any home setting, but I would need several daily walks to keep these gams glistening; I don't do dog parks, since I'm a one-woman-show!

So, whaddya say, fur-ever? I'll bring the glam to our golden years!
