Maple Treeing Walker Coonhound Stockbridge, GA

Meet Maple! Maple was rescued from Polk County Animal Shelter with an injured leg and prolapse. Due to an amazing foster who stepped up to help us save her. Since then she has gotten fully vetted, her leg is healed and her prolapse was sutured. Maple is a 1 year old coonhound who is dog, kid and cat friendly. She has gained a ton of confidence in her foster home while watching the other dogs in the house. They show her everything is ok and she has learned so much from them.

Maple is house and crate trained. She has been great on leash and does not pull or try to run. In fact, if she does get afraid of anything on walks she puts the breaks on. For her age she is very calm and laid back. She is gentle and does not have a hyper personality. Her foster mom said she is just so loving and gentle. She also lives with a 4 year old and they love to play outside together. Maple would love to find a home with another dog or human to play with and a fenced in yard to run around in.

Maple is fully vetted- up to date on all shots, spayed microchipped. She is current on monthly flea, tick and heartworm prevention. She is heartworm negative. She is available locally for meet and greets. She can also be adopted out of state to approved adopters- a transport fee would apply in addition to her adoption fee. Come scoop this sweet girl up!
