Maple Pit Bull Terrier Mix Cincinnati, OH

Sweet Maple is an 8 month old pit bull mix with lots of love to give! At about 35 pounds, she will likely be a medium sized dog. After being rescued from the woods, Maple is adjusting well to the good life! If you are looking for a four-legged shadow, she's your gal. She follows her foster parents everywhere they go. Although Maple gets bursts of puppy energy, nothing makes her happier than crawling into a lap for a snuggle, blissfully unaware of her size. She is making great progress on crate and house-training, but will need patient owners who will continue to shower her with treats and praise when she goes outside because she's a little scared she will be left again. Maple is a real people-pleaser, understands "no", knows how to sit and loves to give paw when she is excited. She is currently fostered alone, but we suspect she would love a big brother or sister dog to show her the ropes of her forever home. Maple's adoption fee is $400.

All of our dogs come spayed or neutered, fully up to date on vaccinations, including rabies (if age appropriate) and bordetella, are microchipped, heartworm negative, current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, dewormed, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination. The adoption fee covers a portion of these services, and makes it possible for us to continue rescuing animals.
