Mandy is a loving, gentle soul who has a natural way of making everyone feel special. Her balanced personality allows her to go from playful and curious to calm and cuddly with ease. She’s confident, trusting, and warms up quickly to new people and environments. Mandy loves to snuggle just as much as she loves to play, making her the perfect all-around companion.

Our dogs are transported to a predetermined location agreed upon by the rescue. The adoption contract and fee are finalized before transport. As a Pep’s Pals Rescue direct adoption, the adoption interview/meet-and-greet takes place via video call (Skype, Facebook Messenger, FaceTime, etc.).
The adoption fee is $400, plus $50 for a health certificate, $200 for transport (for most locations), and $13 for a microchip (required). This fee includes all current vaccinations, deworming, microchip (with lifetime registration), spay, and heartworm test. All dogs are current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention. A licensed veterinarian will complete a health exam and issue a health certificate within 10 days of transport.
