Mandoza Ripple (Rip) Greyhound North Port, FL

11/25/25 Update from foster:
What do you do if you have a Rip in your jacket? One option is to add a Velcro patch ? That’s what sweet boy, Rip, is…VELCRO; the ultimate snuggle bug. He is a very sweet, quiet boy that loves to be around people. We think he’d be fine as an only dog or with other furry companions. On walks he is happy to meet other people & dogs of all sizes. He seems to really enjoy walking and we believe could be a good companion for someone who enjoys doing longer walks or hikes. He stays perfectly beside you as you walk along and does air sniffing verses stopping to sniff everything; great for a cardio-walk companion! No accidents, chewing or barking at all so far. We had some yard workers at the house today and he was curious to watch them but never barked and wasn’t scared by all of their loud sounds they made.
One thing we’ve learned with Rip in the first 24 hours:
- he really likes having the luxury of multiple water bowls around the house soooooo, be sure to close your toilet lids :-)
