Meet Mama Rosie
**MAMA ROSIE IS STILL AVAILABLE (all puppies have been adopted)
Meet ROSIE!
She is the proud momma of 9 puppies that stayed with them until she was rescued by Boise Bully Breed Rescue. Because she provided them food while she went without, she was found severely malnourished (see BEFORE photo). It was a lot for a 2 year old, 45 pound pup to go through, but she is now ready to be loved and not left behind again.
In a loving foster home, ROSIE was a doting mom for her pups and watched as they all got adopted. She cared so much that she is still learning how to play and how to enjoy herself.
ROSIE is shy, but not aggressive around other dogs. She wags her tail and sniffs when she sees dogs on the other side of the fence and doesn't bark. ROSIE doesn't even bark at squirrels or neighbor noises through the fence. She does not dig in the yard or tear anything up, but has perfected the art of getting up on higher surfaces when she wants what is up there.
ROSIE meets new people easily, including kids. She takes treats gently and is very treat-motivated so she can learn basic commands.
ROSIE is calm in her outdoor kennel, but listen for the funny warble sound when she knows her people are coming around. She then loves to crawl into her momma's lap for some love.
ROSIE rides well in cars and loves to go to the groomer for full spa day. Trimming her nails is easy.
Because ROSIE has been pre-occupied, we don't yet know how she will do with cats, inside a home, or how she will play with off-leash dogs.
