Major German Shepherd Dog & Boxer Mix Winston-Salem, NC

Major is a Shepard-Boxer mix who loves playing outside and taking long walks. He loves people and is extremely sweet. He has never met a person or a dog that he doesn't like. He especially enjoys being around people and just hanging out. He listens very well and is crate trained. Major is an intelligent dog that likes to please and is quick to pick up on new tricks and commands. He may be a little big at around 66 pounds but he is a big old sweetheart and great with everyone. His coat will require some regular brushing.

Major was born 10/1/11. He is currently attending adoption fairs. He originally came from a family that could not care for him properly. When he was a puppy, he escaped their fence and was hit by a car before being placed into foster care. The trauma caused a collapsed lung, but he has since made a full recovery. He would do best with a family that will continue his training and and exercise, while making sure he is always safe!
