Hi, everybody! I'm Maggie T., and it's terrific to meet you. When we meet, I'll probably give you a paw, which is pyr-talk for "more love, please!" and "how do you do?" I am good with people and meeting new people. I think it's because I love attention so much! If I'm not giving you pyr paw, I'll be giving you lots of nose boops. (My GPRA buddies say my nose is heart-shaped!) People tend to like me because I'm housetrained. If I have to potty, I'll look at you or whine by the door. In my home, I get along well with cats. It's nice to have kitty-cat housemates, but other dogs in the house aren't really for me. Outside of the home, like when I'm on a walk, I do pull sometimes to bark at other dogs. I LOVE to be walked, so with a bit of training (which my foster mama is working on), I'll get better at not reacting to other dogs on a walk. If you need to go anywhere outside of the neighborhood, I'm good in the car too. To me, though, the best thing in the world is cuddling close to my humans. I like to lean against you or sit beside you and get all the pets you can give me. Anytime you want me to sit by you, just tell me "sit" because I know that command along with "come" and "off." You see, I really am a wonderful houseguest. When you leave for work, I'm a good girl and can be left in the house without being destructive. The only place that I don't do well for a long time is in the car. I get carsick if it's too long of a ride! Just look at my picture! I'm happy and smiling because I'm near someone who loves me.
