Meet Mae **Senior/Special Needs**

UPDATE: We have decided that given Mae's special needs, she will spend the remainder of her life with our organization. If you would like to contribute to her care, please go to our website, www.helporphanpuppies.org.

Meet Mae! Mae came to us with extensive medical needs. We treated Mae for heartworms (now officially negative). Mae also came to us with multiple masses and we had 12 of them removed. Finally, Mae has bullet fragments in her right front leg that we have decided not to remove per the recommendation of our vet.

We don't think many dogs are sweeter than our Mae!

Given Mae's advancing age, she needs a home that can allow her to go out every 3-4 hours. Also, Mae is a hound and as such she can be a typical vocal hound.

Mae is in a foster home with multiple other dogs and gets along with everyone, she even ignores the cat!

Mae is crate trained, housebroken, up to date on vaccines and spayed.

We believe Mae to be 10-12 years old.

If you are interested in meeting Mae, please complete an application at our website, www.helporphanpuppies.org. Please note our adoption requirements and feel free to contact us with any questions.

Help Orphan Puppies is registered with the New York State Department of Agriculture and our registration number is RR047.
