Macie Labrador Retriever Mix League City, TX

My name is Macie. My two sisters and I were abandoned on the side of a store in a crate with no food or water. We were picked up by a caring person passing by and are now with foster families. I do fine with gentle dogs and considerate children over 10 years old. I prefer a home with no cats. I am looking for my special family that will take care and love me for the rest of my life. I weigh 23 lbs and my estimated birthday is August 6, 2017. I am looking for a home that will provide me with the structure I need to grow into a polite adult. I enjoy going on outings to pet friendly establishments where I can meet new people and socialize with others, maybe even play dates. I walk well on a leash and love to go on short leisurely walks. My foster family is teaching me a lot of new things. I love playing with my Kong and playing fetch with my ball. I need a fully fenced yard so I can run and play. Adopter for Macie must reside in the immediate Houston/Galveston area and be at least 25 years old. A home visit is required prior to Gigi going to a new home.

Adoption fee for Macie is $175.

Adoptions are held on Saturdays from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Clear Lake Petco, 2410 Bay Area Boulevard. All dogs are microchipped, on heartworm protection, spayed/neutered, vaccinated, de-wormed and treated for fleas. Since all of our dogs are in foster homes, an individual dog may not be at our weekly Adoption Event due to conflict with a foster's schedule. If you are interested in meeting a particular dog, please send an email to pets2adopt@yahoo.com so that the Dog Coordinator can let you know if the dog will be at the Saturday Adoption Event at Petco.
