Meet Macey

Macey is a gentle, affectionate older girl looking for a calm, loving home to spend her golden years. She has excellent house manners-crate trained, house trained, quiet, and content to simply relax near her people while soaking up love and attention.

On leash, Macey is polite and responsive, though her prey drive kicks in if she spots a squirrel or cat. With a little redirection, she quickly returns to her obedient self. Because of this, she'll do best in a home without cats or small animals. Macey can also be nervous around other dogs, so she'd thrive as the only pet in an adult household.

Her foster family says she has settled in beautifully and has been a joy to have around-easy to love, calm, and a true companion.
