Meet Lynyrd – Our Southern Rock Legend Turned Couch Potato!
3–4 years old

Lynyrd’s story started rough—he was found emaciated in Mississippi, but thanks to a little TLC (and a lot of food), he’s now living his best life and rocking a total rescue glow-up. This handsome, tanky boy is the definition of gentle. He’s great with dogs of all sizes—from teacup to towering—and we’re pretty confident he’d be just as kind with cats, too. He’s simply got that sweet, easygoing soul.
While he’s down for a little playtime, Lynyrd is mostly a lovable, low-key potato. He’s a rockstar in his kennel, a master of head tilts, and a big fan of head scratches. He’ll offer up kisses in exchange for love—and maybe a few snacks. Actually, scratch that—he’ll do anything for food.
Lynyrd doesn’t ask for much: a soft bed, some toys, lots of love, and maybe a biscuit or two (or ten). He’s the kind of dog that makes your house feel more like home.
