Meet Lydia! This sweet girl was very sadly surrendered by her loving owner after his living situation suddenly changed along with a death in the family. Lydia is a three year old Boxer x Pitbull. She never lived with children or other dogs previously, but did live with a cat who she loved very much. During an overnight sleep over in a foster home, Lydia did wonderfully with other dogs and cats, and was exposed to children with no issues. She enjoys being outdoors but is also a big snuggle bug and likes to relax with her people. She is crate and house-trained per her previous owner and this was verified when she did her foster sleep over. She was very overweight when she came into our care but has trimmed down a little. Lydia's adoption fee is $199 and includes her spay, microchip, vaccinations and routine labwork. Please email us to start the process to adopt this very good girl.


Adoption donations for adult dogs range from $59 to $299 and puppies from $159 to $599. This includes:
- Spay or neuter surgery
Vaccines current to the date of adoption*:
- Rabies vaccine
- Booster for feline Distemper, Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus and Chlamydia (DRCC)
- Fecal test
- 1st worming
- Feline Leukemia test
- Capstar flea treatment
- Microchip identification implant
* Boosters required for puppies and kittens (depending on age) POST adoption are the responsibility of the pet owner.

Come Ready to Adopt:
If you rent or live in a condo/townhouse with an association, bring your lease/bylaws indicating pets are allowed and if there are any restrictions. We require vaccinations and tests to be up to date for the protection of your current pets. Bringing their vet records can help speed the adoption
