Meet Lydia
This darling little girl is Lydia!
Lydia is an approximately 8-month old female Shepherd/Collie mix and will weigh around 40-50 lbs. as an adult. Lydia was rescued after being abandoned in a small rural town in Oklahoma.
Lydia is a sweet and affectionate girl. Can be very shy at first, but warms up quickly. She is smart and good-natured. Loves to be outside and roll in the grass. Very playful, especially loves tug-of-war!
Lydia is great with kids and other dogs. She will just sit in the kids laps while in the car at her foster home. Also loves to lay next to you on the bed or couch watching TV.
Lydia needs a home that will be patient and offer only positive reinforcement of good behaviors. She is doing really well with house-training, keeping a clean crate while her foster mom is at work. She is crate-trained but may need some assistance with leash-training, but improving all the time. Because she does love playing outside, she will need a secure 6-foot fence with a yard.
Lydia is spayed, current on vaccines, and microchipped.
Her adoption fee is $200.
