Luna(Snow Bunny) German Shepherd Dog Mix White Lake, MI

Luna is a approximately 4 years old 69 pound German Shepherd mix with a serious love of the snow. We found Luna running through traffic on Woodward and were able to convince her into the car with a slab of ribs. We have been lucky to have her as a part of our family ever since!

Luna has been with us for about 2 years now and we have taken her everywhere. She has even done a 2 month cross country RV trip with us! She was phenomenal in the car, loved the adventures, was down for any hike, and only had a problem when we tried to convince her to swim lol. She loves romping in the snow, adores snacks and chews, loves to sniff and track things, and even enjoys wrestling with her pitbull of a brother.

We are trying to find a better home for Luna than the one we can provide. Although she has been with us for a couple years, our extremely outgoing and social lifestyle has been tough on her. Luna prefers to lay on a fluffy bed in the corner chewing on a chew, watching the world go by. She enjoys gentle affection and rarely romps. She would do best in a home without young kids, but loves teenagers. From what we have seen, she would do best with some property to explore, scents to smell, and a couple people she can give her whole heart to.

Pros: Phenomenal on a leash, quick to learn, Fixed, up to date on all shots, super cute and lovey with her people
Cons: Timid, has a tendency to guard food and snacks from our other dog.

Things she likes: Snacks, snow, baths, food, eating food off the counter, also food, her bed, running, biking,
Things she hates: Any kind of swimming or water, things being carried above her, nail trimming

Commands: Sit, down, paw, other paw, stay (sometimes and only if she feels like it), come, no.
