Luna oh Luna the most a beautiful, sweet, and smart Siberian Husky who is sure to steal your heart! This sweet girl is 3 years old (45 Ibs) full of love and excitement! She will truly love you to the moon and back! She's playful, energetic, and loves making everyone smile. She already knows basic commands like "sit" and "stay," and she's eager to learn more. But Luna's journey hasn't been an easy one. She was found as a stray, having suffered a terrible accident. She was hit by a car, leaving her with a wound on her head and a painful open wound around her neck. Despite her rough past, Luna is an absolute sweetheart. With the loving care and treatment she received from the team at HSSM, her wounds have healed beautifully, and she's on the road to full recovery. Now, Luna is ready for her forever home a place where she can receive all the love and attention she deserves. While Luna is heartworm positive, don't let that turn you away as she is amazing! She will need to be treated at the adopters expense so ask your veterinarian about treatment today! Luna has a heart full of love and is looking for someone to share it with. Luna's $300 adoption fee includes her spay, up to date vaccines, microchip AND transport fee to a location near you. We currently have transportation to CT, MD, NJ, NY, PA, VA, VT, GA, and TN. Please email transport@hssm.org for more information on transports!
