We at All Paws Matter believe in the benefits of post-adoption training for our dogs and their families. This allows for continued socialization, learning and helps to create a well-mannered and balanced dog. This is now a requirement in our adoption process. Proof of training classes for puppies specifically is required before adoption.

House trained: Yes but when very cold she does have accidents.

Vetting: Up to date on all vaccination, sterilized, microchipped,
4dx tested: negative for Heart worm. Currently on flea/tick/heart worm prevention, dewormed and vet checked before arriving.
Medical Issues: Front leg missing

Beautiful Luna has had a hard life. She was hit by a car while living on the streets of Mexico and her front leg was crushed. There was no other choice but to amputate, but make no mistake, she has taken that hardship and jumped right into loving life. It doesnt bother her at all and looks forward to becoming part of your life.

Luna is a delicate creature who is a bit shy and really chill, but once she gets to know you she is a super snuggler and an angel. She is still learning how to play and “sit” (perhaps due to her leg missing) but she is learning every day. She does enjoy playing with dogs but she does prefer smaller ones who are gentle with her.

She is crate trained and goes in at night with little problem. She is not crated during the day as she is not destructive. She is great with cats and does not chase or snap at them. Low prey drive. We are suggesting respectful children 8+ because she doesn’t like to be prodded or poked. She is good on leash but with very loud noises she can get nervous and give a little hop or spin. She is house trained but does not like the cold weather so you must be on top of her so her accidents remain minimal especially pooping.

Her ideal home would be one with a securely fenced in backyard where she can run and play and sit and watch. Condos or apartments are not in her cards as she can be vocal when new people arrive into the home. She settles quickly but it may be a problem for condo owners.

She is a dream and we cant tell you how your life would change with her in your life.

All APM dogs are UTD on vaccinations, microchipped, spayed or neutered, dewormed, Heart worm (4dx snap) tested and arrive with a health certificate. They come to adopter with a harness, a collar and two leashes for safety.
