Meet Luna
**PLEASE READ LUNA'S BIO THOROUGHLY BEFORE INQUIRING. ALL REQUIRMENTS MUST BE MET IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED.**
Meet our beautiful little Luna! This sweet girl is a 5 yr old, female Pug who is about 14lbs approximately. Luna came to us as an owner surrender when they unfortunately could no longer care for her. We have seen that she is a very sensitive dog and because of this she needs a VERY calm and non chaotic home. We are looking for a Pug savvy home that knows the breed well. That will be our first choice. Luna is absolutely amazing with people and just loves to be loved! She thrives on attention and affection. She does not do well when left alone and definitely has some separation anxiety, so we need a home where the owners are around most of the day even after Covid. We DO NOT want her crated. She must go into an adult only, no children. Luna is the type of dog that can be an "only" dog in the home as long as she gets lots of attention, is not left alone, and will be taken everywhere with you or she can go into a home with another small dog, preferably a pug that is older, quiet, and mellow. She CANNOT go into a home with a puppy or a dog that is super active and constantly wanting to play, it won't work for her. We definitely want her in a home with a safe and secure backyard where she can go potty, which she seems to have the hang of. She can't be placed in an apartment/condo. We have tried and she just will not go potty on walks. She is the type of dog that needs free access to a yard to go to the bathroom, otherwise she holds it and pugs are prone to UTI's. Our sweet little Luna does have a hard time and will have a hard time adjusting and acclimating to a new home, so we will only place her in one that is willing to put in the work and effort to making her feel comfortable and safe, and also being patient enough to know that it could take a week or two for her to settle in. We do not want her going back/forth into homes, so we will be looking for the absolute right home for her that meets all of these requirements.
**WE ONLY ADOPT IN LOS ANGELES AND SURROUNDING AREAS AS AN IN PERSON HOME CHECK AND TRIAL PERIOD ARE REQUIRED.**
Her adoption fee is $650.
