Meet Lulu! Lulu is a small girl (8 lbs, approx 4 yrs old) with a big personality—lively, loving, and happiest when she’s close to her people. She can be a little shy when meeting new humans, but give her a little time (and maybe a treat or two!) and she’ll quickly become your tiny shadow, showering you with affection.<br/><br/>Lulu loves treats, walks and snuggling with her humans. In the evenings, she enjoys a little toy time to get her energy out, but she tuckers out quickly and is ready to curl up for cuddles.<br/><br/>She’s currently being fostered with dog and cat siblings and is dog and cat friendly. When she meets new dogs on walks, she may bark a cheerful little hello—she’s just excited to make friends!<br/><br/>Lulu does her business outside on walks and is also potty pad trained, which makes her a great fit for a variety of homes and routines.<br/><br/>If you’re looking for a sweet, fun-sized companion who will blossom into your most loyal cuddle buddy, Lulu may be your girl. 🐾<br/><br/>Lulu is being fostered in Jersey City, NJ and is available locally or throughout the NE. We can usually meet you halfway! <br/><br/>Note: Lulu will complete her heartworm treatment the first week of March 2026.
