Lulu Chihuahua & Pug Mix New York, NY

The first words that come to mind when thinking of Lulu are: chill, loyal, and cuddley. We think she is 8 years old and a chihuahua pug mix: a chug. This little (~12lbs) lady would be a dream dog for so many people. She basically wants to cuddle all day, cheerfully go for walks, then come back home and cuddle some more. She has a sweet temperament and is tolerant of all people and dogs. Lulu is a quiet queen who would be a great apartment dog. She has mobility impairments in her hind legs that make her a little wobbly, but she still thoroughly enjoys walks on the streets of NYC. Her other favorite activities are eating chicken on her pillow throne, looking out the car window, and having her head scratched. Lulu is not an athlete, but she is an angel.

All of our dogs come spayed or neutered, fully up to date on vaccinations, including rabies (if age appropriate) and bordetella, are microchipped, heartworm negative, current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, dewormed, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination. The adoption fee covers a portion of these services, and makes it possible for us to continue rescuing animals.
