Meet Luke TD

My life is a real life telenovela! I am named Luke, like one half of Luke and Laura from General Hospawtal. I have had to spend extra time at the Doggie Hospawtal because after my neuter pawcedure, my bleeding didn’t stop. My blood never learned to clot and the Dogtor calls that…nemo…memo…Foster Mommy what’s that hard word I gots? Awe, yeah, hemophilia.

The hemophilia means that I will have to live a leisurely lifestyle on Easy Street. No ruff and tumbles or doggie parks where I could get into an accident and start to bleed. I am being forced into a life of couch potatism. I will be able to take walks and run on my own, just we haves to be careful and not get me hurt.

I was rescued after being given away on some guy named Craig’s list. I am about 12 weeks old (as of Feb. 28) and I was bottle fed since 2 weeks old. Obviously due to me bein’ her bottle baby, Foster Mommy is a bit over pawtective, just a smidge. Although, I have a big boy condition to deal with, I am very much a regular puppy, I like play with all my squeaky toys. I gather them all one by one and put them in my bed.

Can you pick me up? Of course, I not made of glass, you can still squeeze me and kiss on me! I want to hug your neck with my paws. Humans deserve my cuddles. I am a quiet sweet puppy and my ear flop situation will keep you giggling. I have the softest brindle coat with speckles on my white paws, so best guess on mix is Boxer/Heeler.

I will maybe be 40-50 pounds when I grow up. Due to my blood not clotting issue, a house with a single person or older couple without kids is better, so I don't do anything rambunctious. I will be a best buddy to an easy quiet lifestyle. If you live on Easy Street, adopt me!
