Meet Luke
Meet sweet, loving little Luke!! If you meet him in person, you will find yourself saying I LOVE LUKE, I LOVE LUKE…over and over. It’s practically impossible not to love this little dude! He is a petite lab mix with big brown innocent eyes, barely a year old, with manners like he has attended only the finest schools (although we know it was the school of hard knox). We think he is probably mixed with some terrier because of his muscular build and awesome jumping skills.
He is a young guy who was originally picked up as a stray but quickly learned how to make friends on the “inside”. It’s rare you hear about dogs sharing food, but Luke would even give selflessly give up his treats to other dogs! A true BFF when another dog also down on his luck needed it most!
Now Luke is living the good life in an awesome foster home! He has foster canine and feline siblings and does great with everyone! He is house trained and crate trained to boot. Luke is a silly poor with GREAT EARS! He can practically tell you a story with his ears- right up, left up, both up, both down…he could be in cartoons. He is fearless and is happy soaking up every minute of every great day. Luke’s motto is Life is Good. He has yet to meet a stranger or have a down day. He is currently in superman training and he can clear buildings in a single bound! You have to see Luke hop and jump in person to believe it. This boy has serious skills.
Not only does Luke have major hops ability, he LOVES to swim and retrieve (both in the water and out, but the water sure makes it more fun!). Check out this video of Luke going for a swim! http://youtu.be/uSK6rB4Z89w If you have a pool or access to water, Luke will know he has hit the jackpot!
