Lucy Chihuahua Mix Rochester, MN

My name is Lucy formally I was Mama Lucy, however, my fosters thought it made me sound old so they call me Lucy Lou I answer to both.. I was found in an unhealthy location with my 2 puppies. My puppies were already old enough to live without me so here I am.

I am beautiful, about year and a half old, white, 10-pound, Chihuahua mix and so soft say, my foster parents. I am up to date on my vaccinations and have been spayed. I love to be petted and be where you are or at least so I can see you. I am doing great on my housebreaking, and if I can’t wait if you have a pee pad down I will use that. I am working on my leash walking, and doing great says my foster mom.

I do nice on car rides, I am buckled in. I like to camp too if you do that. The camper couch or a pillow is my favorite place to sleep. At home, I sleep on a dog bed or a blanket on the couch. I get along with other dogs, but I have not been around cats so not sure about them. I have a fenced-in yard at my foster and I like that. When we camp, we set up a portable fence and that works too.

I don’t bark much I kind of have a squeak. I have not been around kids so I don’t know how I will react. Though my foster Mom and Dad say I am a bit nervous, scared, and takes a while to warm up to you, then I LOVE to be petted. Don’t hesitate to take me home and love me. I will make a great snuggler and companion to you Lucy Lou!
