Lucy is a very sweet young adult dog. Her favourite things are being near her people. She likes pets & couch cuddles, but is also happy to just nap nearby. She was pretty timid and unsure of things when she arrived at her foster home, but is coming out of her shell a bit and just learning how to play. Solo fetch in the backyard is her favourite game right now.

Lucy walks well on a leash, and will sleep peacefully in her crate at night at long as she is within eyeshot of her people. She is fully housetrained.

Lucy will need ongoing support to address her separation anxiety, and an owner who can help her gain confidence. She may become more social as her confidence improves, but at the moment she requires slow introductions to new dogs. She would do fine with older children, but still needs some work on her manners, so should be monitored with younger children as she can be pushy when requesting attention.

Lucy loves everyone she meets and can't wait to have a family of her own.

Adoption fee is $295. She is spayed, dewormed, microchipped and vaccinated.
