Meet Lucy
A adoption application must be filled out to meet with any of our foster dogs. All animals are kept in foster homes so there is no shelter for you to visit animal. Please go to http://new2urescue.org if you would like to meet the foster animal or learn more.
Lucy had a rough start to life. She was found on the side of a highway in a zip locked bag. Now at almost 6 months old and 25 lbs she is starting to learn that humans can be kind. She loves other dogs and would do best in a home with a canine companion. She learns the ropes from them and depends on a friend for support. We are also looking for a home with a fenced yard. Lucy is crate trained. She is sweet in every way with lots of love to share!
All our dogs have been spayed/neutered; treated for worms; heartworm tested (if age appropriate); treated for fleas/ticks; microchip; and examined by veterinarian and given age appropriate vaccinations. We take every effort to ensure the health of the animal and you will receive a copy of all vet work performed.
Adoption fees:
Puppy to 1 yr of age: $275 to $350
1 yr to 6 yrs of age: $250 -$300
6 yrs to 8 yrs of age: $200
Over 9 yrs of age: Adoption fee varies
*NOTE* Purebreds and Designer breeds, regardless of age are $325 to $400
