Meet Lucy!

From laying out in the sun to cuddling on the couch, I am as easy as can be to please! KIDS ARE MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE FREINDS! Playing dress up is my specialty! I am wokring hard on my manners and commands. I will do just about anything for a treat! I love to go for walks and my pace is right by your side! I don't mind relaxing by myself and won't even chew your favorite shoes!

Lucy was rescued from the cruel streets of Houston and she surprised her foster family with a growing belly! She had 7 healthy and chunky babies (who are all adopted now) and took great care of them. All her puppies found furever homes and now it's Lucy's turn. Lucy is estimated to be around 4 years old, spayed and successfully completed fast kill heartworm treatment and now gets her advantage multi every month to keep away those pesky squitos!

She's a mello gal that loves nothing more then to hang out with her person. She enjoys chillin' and cuddling on the sofa, binge watching another Netflix series sounds like an awesome idea to our darling Lucy. She adores humans (especially kids) and gets along with other mellow dogs.Lucy needs a home with no cats or small dogs. Lucy would love a home with a mello canine buddy her size or she would be just as happy to be the only pup soaking up all the attention her humans will give. Lucy has been in foster care since April 2021 and is looking for her forever home. Please consider adopting this girl if you enjoy puppy hugs and kisses.

All adoption fees are non-refundable

If paying by credit card, Venmo, or PayPal there is a set processing fee, generally this fee is under $15 per pet. These processing fees are determined by the form of payment adopters decide to use. By helping with this minimal cost this allows us to save more animals.

LISTED BREED(S) & AGE: We are taking our best guess on age, breed, and size when fully grown, based on the puppy's/dog's physical appearance and what we might have learned about one or both parents depending on the situation. *NOTE* We rarely know a dog's exact age, nor are we able to tell the true or full breed mix of dogs as our information is limited most of the time. Because we often do not have access to medical records at the time that we are listing for dogs for adoption, there are sometimes discrepancies between what is posted on their profile and what might be listed on a dog's medical records.

SNARR'S ADOPTION PROCESS: The first step in adopting or meeting a SNARR dog/puppy is to fill out an application at https://snarrnortheast.org/adopt/. Once we receive your application, one of our adoption application processors will contact you, review our adoption process with you, and answer any additional questions you may have. **We do not go on a first-come-first-serve basis for adoptions, but on best fit for a family and most importantly the puppy or dog. **

MEETING ADOPTABLE DOGS: Meet and greets will not be scheduled until after your adoption application has been fully processed and approved by one of our adoption processors.

APPLYING ONLINE: If you fill out an online application, please do so from a computer (not a mobile device), make sure you answer ALL the questions in as much detail as possible, and that you receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email, that means we did NOT receive your application.
