Lucius Labrador Retriever Mix Rochester, NY

We are in Rochester, NY, we adopt to people who live in the Rochester area. We do not ship our dogs and require home visits. Must live in area to adopt, will not respond to out of area/country requests. Additionally, if fencing is required it must be a physical fence and in place at time of home visit.

Required: physically fenced in yard for him to safely run and play in.

This sweet fluffy guy is Lucius. He is an 8 month old, 60lb, lab mix( best guess maybe with some border collie?). Lucius is house trained and working on crate training. He would benefit from some basic training as with any young dog. He is a smart guy and eager to please his people. Already knows sit and comes when called.  This happy pup can be a little shy at first but warms up quickly and happily accepts belly rubs. He has been around children and is quite gentle. Lucius would prefer to have another dog in his forever home to play with and cuddle. At this time it is unknown with cats as he has never seen one.  Lucius would make a wonderful family dog.

All our dogs have been spayed/neutered; treated for worms; heartworm tested (if age appropriate -7 mths or older); treated for fleas/ticks; microchip; and examined by veterinarian and given age appropriate vaccinations. We take every effort to ensure the health of the animal and you will receive a copy of all vet work performed.
