Lucia Mixed Breed Puyallup, WA

Meet Lucia! She is 3 years old and 45lbs. Lucia is a special girl who has had a difficult life. She will need an understanding and patient family with older kids, to ease her in to her new life. She will need a slow introduction to other dogs and new people. She is loyal and protective of her family. She will excel in an environment of patience and encouragement. She has waited a long time to travel.

Lucia is currently with a foster in Tijuana. Our next available transport date is 11/9/24. Lucia must have either an approved foster or adopter in order to confirm her spot on the transport.

OUR ADOPTION PROCESS IF THE DOG YOU APPLIED FOR IS COMING ON A TRANSPORT:

If the dog, you applied for is coming on a transport they will have a future arrival date within their profile. You will need to pick up in Puyallup at the set time & day you are asked to arrive (no other arrangements will be made). There will NOT be a meet and greet. We will not have fosters ready for the dogs planned to go on trial adoptions. For this reason, we will be asking for a $100 deposit for any dog going on a trial adoption at the arrival of the transport. Which will go towards their adoption fee. If you cancel 72 hours before arrival this will be nonrefundable and considered a donation.
