Meet Lucca
Meet Lucca!!
She will be arriving North on 1/21 and we are so excited for her and her siblings to get here!
This gorgeous girl is about 6 months old, is 1 of 8 and who were left abandoned in nothing but a wire crate outside in the middle of the night during hurricane conditions! The next morning the volunteer who works at the shelter found them and they were piled on each-other to keep warm. These pups fought to survive during the night! Once the volunteer found them they were immediately taken inside to warm up and to be checked out by the vet. With everything Lucca has been through the volunteers at the shelter says she is doing fantastic, gaining weight, and is perfectly healthy!
