She was lucky enough someone cared enough to pick her up and help her. She ended up with us, Paws of Dixie Animal Rescue. Lu is in a foster home now thriving with a warm bed and full tummy.<br/><br/>Lu is in a foster home with cats & other dogs and doing very well. She loves to go for walks and is doing well with leash training. She loves sleeping on a soft bed and will reward you with lots of kisses. She's an absolute doll. She seems very calm, and not hyper. Enjoys being around people.<br/><br/>We think she's no older than 4 or 5 years and weighs around 60lbs. If you are interested in adopting, the FIRST step is to complete an application.<br/><br/>Please be advised that our volunteers are busy rescuing, transporting, and caring for our animals. We will respond to your application as soon as possible. Upon review of your application, the rescue in AL will contact you, so you can ask any specific questions that you may have.<br/><br/>NOTE: All Paws of Dixie animals are located in AL foster homes. They will be transported north after adoption.<br/><br/>If there is more than one decision maker in the home, all of them should be in agreement.<br/><br/>We DO NOT adopt to anyone under the age of 21.
