What a LOVE LOVIE is:). This girl was dumped and was skin and bones, but she has gained the needed weight she needs. She has seen that LOVE can be given and received and she is great with all people - small kids need to be supervised just because of her size and jumping ability when she gets excited. She loves belly rubs and is very submissive. She LOVES to run and play and would make a great hiking buddy or a couch snuggler. She will let her new family be the decider of that. She gets along great with all dogs and has become great friends with another foster where she is staying. All she wants to do is be LOVED by her humans and enjoy her new life of freedom! LOVIE is crate-trained and is working on housetraining. She is very smart and will have that mastered in no time at all!


This dog is spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and current on flea/tick and heartworm preventative. This dog has tested NEGATIVE for heartworms and is being treated in our care. The adoption fee is $400 if your adoption is prepaid and final prior to your dog's arrival. An additional $50 will be charged on dogs that are picked up from our Southbury CT adoption center, adopted at an event or foster home in order to comply with CT HB 5368.

If you are a MA resident, your new family member is required to go through a mandatory 48 hour quarantine period at the Woburn, MA isolation facility. Your new family member will be dropped off by our transport on Thursday and will be ready for you to pick him/her up on Saturday between 10 am-noon. An additional $100 fee will be added for any dogs picked up from the Woburn, MA quarantine facility in order to comply with MA Order 405-CD-12 and Order 1-AHO-05.
