Meet Louise Belcher

Lou Lou is a 6 month old Pom/maltese mix. She is not even 5 lbs. She runs like the wind. Loves playing with the dogs in foster care. This is one busy little girl. She’s the second one we’ve rescued from this family. She has dwarfism and will stay tiny. She’s healthy and happy but when she walks it appears like she walking stiff with her back legs. We’ve attached a video so you can view.
This does not hinder her in any way.
Lou Lou is a little Firecracker.
She is Miss Personality.
