Meet Louie
Louie is being fostered in Vancouver, WA and he is available to meet!
Louie was picked up as a stray in a rural town we help. He was going to be euthanized in the shelter due to a lack of space. Thankfully, a foster agreed to take him in so we could help him find a family. He is so smart and loves to be with his people!
Louie is about 1 year old and we think he is a Blue Heeler mix. He weighs 46 pounds.
Louie has done well with every dog he has met. He’s a beautiful blue eyed boy and has done well kids of all ages. He is pretty laid back and would be a wonderful companion. Louie is crate, leash and house trained. He loves to play fetch with sticks and balls. He also loves a good squeaky toy and will happily carry one in his mouth around the house, while his whole butt wiggles. He is one happy boy!
Louie has been neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed and he is current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention.
