Louie is a young, black and white, blue-eyed male Siberian. He weighs about 42#. He knows the commands sit, down and will give paw. He was picked up stray in MO and transferred to the Rescue. Louie is one of those high energy huskies. He would benefit from a husky savvy home. We will NOT place him in a home with babies or toddlers.
To all potential Adopters, PLEASE read: These are difficult times for all Rescues. While we are healthy, our goal is to find EVERY husky their furever home. Due to the CONTINUED PRESENCE of COVID-19 cases in APRIL 2021 we will STILL be using a SAFE method for placing dogs in their new homes. As new Rescue Huskies are available the following will apply: Adoption Applications MUST be completed and reviewed before we schedule a 'Meet and Greet'. Applications are available by request. We require properly worn masks, gloves and any other PPE you would like to wear. Please do not be offended if we cannot place a husky with you at this point in time. It doesn't reflect on YOU as a pet owner...it's very difficult for us to provide the 'hands on', personal approach we're accustomed to. Have patience with us as we navigate these unusual times!
